1. Services

Finlour Design Studio provides interior design, turnkey execution, renovation, and related consultation services across Delhi NCR. All projects begin with a free initial consultation followed by a detailed, itemized proposal.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are itemized and valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material availability and scope modifications. Any changes to the agreed scope will be documented and approved in writing before execution.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are defined in the project agreement, typically: 40% on contract signing, 30% at material procurement, 20% at midpoint, 10% on handover. All payments are to be made via bank transfer or cheque to Finlour Design Studio.

4. Project Timeline

Timelines provided are estimates based on the agreed scope. Delays caused by client-side decisions, material unavailability, or force majeure events may extend the timeline. We communicate all schedule changes proactively.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, 3D renders, drawings, and plans created by Finlour Design Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Clients receive usage rights for the designed space upon project completion.

6. Warranty

We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty on all executed work. Material warranties are per manufacturer terms. Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or modifications by third parties are not covered.

7. Limitation of Liability

Finlour Design Studio's liability is limited to the value of the contracted project. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for on-site work.
